My experience with Ryan Weeks was definitely excellent. I appreciated his professionalism and the sound advice that he provided. He kept the process simple and straightforward while unhesitatingly researching and providing details of additional reliable local trades for services that we required while preparing the property for market (non local vendors). His understanding and appreciation of the dynamic market that he is operating in meant that he secured the appropriate price for the property which is situated in an area of rapidly rising values. The buyer too would be happy I think because they have chosen well and will definitely watch their investment rapidly appreciate in value.

Couldn't be more Happier to the approach Ryan took in selling my house so quickly. Excellent market knowledge and everything flowed through so smoothly. I had dealings with other real estate in the area but nothing in comparison to the service Ryan and Team always provided not only for the sale of the property but also on the rental side. The admin staff also so professional and all queries answered in timely manner.
